Culligan's Continued Support to Haiti

Several weeks have passed since the devastating earthquake shook Haiti. The outpouring of support has been nothing short of amazing, and it has come from all sectors. For our part, Culligan and its dealers have been actively contributing to the relieve efforts in Haiti.

• So far, we have sent over 250,000 bottles of drinking water. Our first shipments were air lifted to
• Haiti and were on the ground within days of the earthquake. In fact, we were pleased to see our water being handed out at relief stations during ABC News' coverage on the scene. Since then, we have been providing a steady supply of bottled water to the local citizens and relief workers.
• This week, we are sending three new high tech self-contained water purification systems. Each system produces 10 gallons of clean water per minute, meaning that they can provider over 14,000 gallons of clean water everyday. The systems use ultra filtration and can be operated using a local power supply or a gasoline powered generator. The best part is that the systems can filter water from any local fresh water supply...a lake, stream, river or well.
• Many of our dealers have been supporting local initiatives, and we have been supporting them in their efforts.
